USGA 2026 Full-Time Theological Training Program Recruitment

The mission of the True Jesus Church is to spread the gospel of salvation to all the world, to make all peoples disciples of the Lord Jesus, and to teach the disciples to obey everything the Lord Jesus commanded.

Thanks to the guidance of the Lord, the ministry of the true church continues to progress in the United States. There is a significant need for more full-time ministers to help with the holy work, including:

  • Serving as stationed full-time ministers for each of the 29 churches and prayer houses in the United States;
  • Ongoing work of sowing and watering in newly developed areas;
  • Pastoral visitations to countries in Central and South America under USGA’s responsibility.

This is a call to recruit three theological students for the USGA 2026 Full-Time Theological Training Program (TTP) to be prepared and equipped for full-time ministry as preachers.
The training will begin in February 2026. There will be two opportunities for examinations to join the TTP training:

– Spring Exam
o Date of Examination: March 8th, 2025 at Phoenix Church
o Application Deadline: February 15th, 2025

– Fall Exam
o Date of Examination: October 11th, 2025 at Flushing Church
o Application Deadline: September 15th, 2025

Both exams are for the February 2026 start date for the TTP training.

Currently, there is already a lack of full-time ministers to cover the holy work listed above. In the coming years, there will be a significantly greater need for more, as three preachers will be retiring by the next minister rotation in 2029, and another 2 will retire in a few years after. At least four years of training are required to become a full-time minister, so it is especially important that we have theological students  recruited in for the 2026 TTP program.
