2024 Winter J1/J2 Student Spiritual Convocation in Southwest Region

During the convocation, attendees will lodge on church premises and will be expected to maintain a high level of discipline. Please refer to the General Information Sheet.

Please note that a completed registration form is required for each attendee.

1.       Complete a physical copy of the registration form. If the attendee is under age 18, be sure to have the parent/guardian sign it before handing it to the RE Coordinator.

2.       The RE Coordinator should email the scanned registration forms and the group registration form to WestRegionSSC@tjc.org. The RE Coordinator should keep and archive the registration forms.

RE Coordinators/Religious Affairs please encourage your students to attend and distribute the announcement and registration form to Lead Teachers and parents.
