Contribution Request for Sacramento Church’s New Chapel Acquisition

Praise and thank our Lord Jesus Christ that the Sacramento Church has been growing in membership. At the current location, they often experience insufficient space (i.e. classrooms, dining, fellowship, and shower capabilities) for their needs and to host regional events. The Sacramento Church Congregation has approved the process of purchasing a chapel in the city of Sacramento, California. The purchase price is USD$2,200,000 and required renovation costs are estimated to USD$1,300,000 (major renovation on kitchen area, restrooms, adding shower facilities, and fencing/gate). The escrow is scheduled to close on January 25, 2025.

As of now, they are still short of around USD$2,690,000 due to pending sale of the current church.
The Sacramento Church would like to solicit loans and donations to complete the purchase and renovation.  They are writing to ask for your financial support and prayers. We would greatly appreciate and welcome your support in any amount.
