Contribution Request for San Diego House of Prayer New Chapel Acquisition

Praise and thank our Lord Jesus Christ that the San Diego House of Prayer has been growing in membership. However, at their current location, they often face challenges due to insufficient space. For nearly 20 years, they have been renting and sharing facilities with other religious groups and  organizations, limiting their ability to host larger regional events. Recently, the San Diego House of Prayer congregation has approved the process of purchasing a chapel from one of two potential properties within San Diego. The estimated costs for these properties are $4,000,000 and $3,800,000.

The preferred property is listed at $4,000,000, with $800,000 in available funds and an additional $850,000 pledged by local members. However, there is still a shortfall of $2,350,000. The San Diego House of Prayer would like to solicit loans and donations within the next one to two weeks to move forward with the purchase and completion of the building.
